The soothers collection looks at the complexity in the simultaneous existence of the anxious self and the positive self. The fluidity of emotions that can be felt within oneself that are although conflicting, somehow manage to live and move amongst each other. Explored through fluid shapes, colour and embellishment. Bejewelled and colourful sculptures examine the feeling of mixed emotions, sitting comfortably with anxiety and still finding the joy and lightness in things. Including the central piece to this collection that exhibited and sold at the Royal Academy’s  Summer Exhibition 2024, GLOWING AND GROWING.
